Good experience all-around. Only company that would actually answer phone calls, Helpful in determining move from previous location. Currently organizing things to be moved into unit for easy access and finding what is wanted.

The staff was very helpful after a mix up with online reservations. We asked for a unit with an elevator and was given one with stairs. They quickly got us into a different one.

I loved the customer service and it was a very fast and painless rental process. Location is convenient to the 405 fwy and easy access. I would recommend this facility.

The person I worked with was very helpful. I was in a hurry to get signed up and she really did try to make sure everything was done in a timely manner. She even helped me move my loveseat which I super appreciated!

Review and Opinion

I and one of my sisters previously rented separately from Public Storage years ago. I love your location in Huntington Beach on Magnolia and Warner Avenue. Your location is safe but would also prefer a Security Guard on staff during the night asAsian Gang gather and steal in the area. In late 1990's when I lived in the Archstone Huntington Beach Apartments up front of Public Storage, my car was profiled by the gang and stolen out of my gated driveway complex spot, even though they showed the gang members at 1:10 a.m. on camera laughing at the posted surveillance notice on the gate, then jumping over and heading directly to my car, getting in and pulling out to go out the gate! I and my ex-husband found my car on the way to go get me another car the next week. Even though you live in a nice community you can never be too careful or feel completely safe due to criminals. I am moving back to Huntington Beach down north of Warner and Springdale and this is why I wanted to rent with you once again. I appreciate your company and service and listening to my concerns. Great place! for storage. So far, it has been an easy and pleasant experience.

Great treatment by staff

Great treatment by staff. Clean facility, easy rental process, safe and secure environment. My only complaint is that my unit is on the 2nd floor in the corner and there are no lights near it so in order to use it safely I have to have a flashlight 100% of the time. Everything else is good and the online discount was great too.

Veronica made things very easy for us...

Veronica made things very easy for us and explained things that weren't made completely clear. I thought we were told there was an elevator and a way for ME to get up to the second floor (I am an amputee who is in a wheelchair) and Daniel he told me on the phone there was a way for me to get up there. SO, when I found out there was only a stairway I was taken aback to say the least.... But, Veronica worked out a way for us to make it work, and we got our unit. So, all we is well that ends well.... THANKS VERONICA!!!

Marlin has wonderful customer service and does a great job. Fast and friendly unlike some other employees that have attended me. Gave this girl a promotion!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I've been a customer at other storage centers and haven't found one that is this clean and secure. Definitely give this Public Storage location a try.

This place is lucky to have Brittany as their property manager. She is wonderfully helpful and informative. She made sure she had taken into consideration all that I needed to store so she could recommend a unit that suited my needs. I had stopped at multiple places to find a unit and I specifically chose this location because of Brittany.. I look forward to dealing with her and Public Storage.

Excellent service and space

I found a great deal online. I thought I would get there and they would tell me it wasn't as great a deal as I thought. But they didn't! The customer service was great Brittany walked through what our storage needs were and then showed us the space that would best suit our needs. It was clean and actually seemed bigger than it was. We will definitely use this public storage for any of our storage needs.

Overall very good experience

Great experience overall. They made a mistake and had me sign the wrong contract but they rectified that right away and all was good. Maria helped me, she was great!
