The lady working in the office was very friend and helpful.

I appreciated having the bag with my lock and additional info placed inside the storage unit. The only recommendation I have would be to post the instructions on how to open the unit on the outside. Where this is my first time having a storage unit, I didn’t realize to had to step on the bottom lever to release pressure to allow you to move the latch.
