The facility in Santa Barbara are the best, clean, safe, secure. (They do periodic lock checks and know when people come and go. Monica there was the most helpful informing me of online discount, proficient with all the paperwork, then gave a call to tell me I hadn't secured my storage correctly, Part of what makes this company great is the people!

I come to this location to pay my monthly storage for another location. It's wonderful that you can make your payment at any location in the country. I travel a lot for work so this is convenient for me as I don't trust auto billing. Nancy ,the office manager, is always so polite and remembers me every time I come in. Great location, great staff and clean.

Great for the price

Needed a place to store my stuff while being in the transfer between two apartments, and Public Storage really helped me. It was quick and easy to sign up, and once I had to leave the sign out process was almost quicker. Strongly recommend.
