I was happy with the customer service. The lady was helpful. However, it took us trice the time it should have to unload our truck into the storage due to the door being broken. We had to access the unit from the door on the other side. There is 1 dolly for everyone to share, so we weren’t able to use it. There is no elevator. I’m dreading the move out.

Streamlined check in

I like the convenience of the app that lets me use contact entry for the gate. My space was all ready for me when I arrived and a new lock in the package was inside the space when I arrived on the first day for my use.

It's not the cleanest place

It's not the cleanest place. Have seen a cigarette butt in the hallway, an empty alcohol bottle, plastic, wipes and masks and cans in the parking lot. Are there supposed to be lights in the space because I don't have one. Why is there only one small cart to use and people don't return it to the designated spot. Very hard to move boxes without the use of a cart! The other day I ran into a questionable person who startled me. Really not cool as a female to go there alone, it's spooky. I would never go there at night!!

Priceless customer service and huge space

First time to use storage, ever! Was shocked about price but priceless about customer service and storage space. If it's not pricey I would use storage as extention of my house :) for a long time.

Really good customer service/communication

Excellent space and customer service, would recommend. The locker has a faint odor but not something that is a dealbreaker for me, giving all of the pros of the space.

The property manager

The property manager, Toya, was extremely helpful and patient and accommodating. I confirmed my storage reservation with her on Sunday, Feb. 17, 2019. I'm very happy with the service as well as the storage unit I was provided with and the reasonable prices.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I'm not sure we could have had a better experience. We were greeted by an incredibly helpful Leslie, who got us set up and loading things into our unit VERY quickly. Price was very competitive, facilities were clean and security was good. Would happily recommend Public Storage.

While I adore the manager Stacey, her professionalism and the ease of renting there, I did not care at all for the man who works there. The one who said he wouldn't give me the cart unless I gave him my driver's license. He did not specify that he'd be keeping it in his hand while also holding a clip board and papers and showing the property to potential renters. I find this unprofessional with such an important piece of identification. After all, you already have everything in my file short of my fingerprints and my first born child. I was also right in front near the gate in full view of the office. When he said "I need to see your ID" I thought he meant he would write down my CDL# and hand it back. When I asked him where he was going with it, he said he couldn't let me have the cart if I didn't let him keep it. A little bit more professionalism please! A very disappointing incident!

This is our second time renting here. We love Stacey's friendly and professional manner. We feel safe leaving our belongings here.
