    We had a wonderful, smooth experience. We highly recommend this place!

    We rented a uhaul truck to transfer our belongings from a storage unit inPomona to the one in Rimforest. We also rented a storage unit in Rimforest. The whole experience was awesome!!

    Great people and very clean facility

    Because of our move I've had to visit this place three time (1st boxes, 2nd truck, and now 3rd storage). The folks who run this site are very pleasant and offer outstanding customer service.

    Fast and Efficient Processing!

    I had made reservation online and when I went in the staff was giving a choice to select between the unit I had reserved and another unit that became available that had the alternative of riding in the elevator with your things vs having sending your things on the freight elevator and you go up the stairs and then retrieving your belongings. This was nice of her. However, I had liked location of the original unit better. The paperwork process was painless. It took less than 10 minutes and we were done. The location and accessibility of the storage is really great!

    On site Managers extremely helpful

    We were struggling to fit in all of our belonging as we had just sold our house. The managers went out of their way to help us get a unit large enough for us. We are very thankful for all the help in a stressful time.
