This is a great storage facility with lots of units.

Aleksander was the Office Manager when I went to look at the Public Storage units, at 150 S. Buchanan Circle in Pacheco. What a wonderful person! He was so helpful, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and he made the transaction of my rental unit so easy. Aleksander is a fantastic representative of the Company and he was a pleasure to work with!

No customer service

NO CUSTOMER HELP OR SERVICE. Could not get in and could not get out. I called 4 times and never got an answer or a call back.

Easy to reserve a unit. Was able to get in and out of the office in less than 10 min. Office staff was friendly and helpful. I worked with Olivia and she was professional and knowledgeable. Property was clean and unit was easy to locate.

Nice facility, would definitely recommend

Employee was 30 mins late to appointment which was frustrating and cut into my hours for the moving truck I was renting. She accommodated for our time that was wasted and upgraded our storage unit which was nice. I feel that my belongings will be safe at this facility.

I knew the storage site would be great, but was absolutely blown away at the service I received from Heather! She is truly amazing and was a huge gift to a stressful move!

Rant to Rave

I was really happy with Kevin at the second location. Buchannan Circle. He was beyond helpful and friendly and knew that I was frustrated with the other location. I had made my reservation early in the week to come on Saturday. I asked to come as early as possible because I had several appointments I had to leave for. I was told 11Am was the earliest even though they open at 9:30. When I called back I spoke with someone else who said I could come at 10AM instead. I was told they had flooding at the location and she would be checking my unit Friday and would call me to let me know if there were any issues with the unit. When I arrived on Saturday, They were very friendly- However They were not able to get their lock off the unit. So it was not checked to see if flooding had affected it and now I was not able to get a storage at this location because they didn't have any other units this size. I was extremely frustrated with the lack of planning and follow up. Especially because I had made it clear that I had other appointments and needed to be as quick as possible. Then had to drive to another location and get it figured out. Like I said at the beginning- Kevin was amazing. Helpful, Kind and quick!!! And I am beyond thankful for that because I know I walked in with a bad attitude.

Great rental experience! The manager Casey was very informative on everything I needed to know. I really appreciate that they have increased their security. This location seems to really care that my stuff is as safe as possible.
