Stay far away from this place, unless you don’t mind losing everything.

I paid for a special lock, from them, at move-in, and my unit was still burglarized. Every single item of mine, except for my kayak, was stolen. They did not offer any method of reimbursement and were unable to provide any information which would lead to apprehension of the thieves. Basically, they threw up their hands and let me twist in the wind.

Ambar should be promoted and get a raise.

I was very satisfied with the service I received when I completed the process to obtain a new (first time) storage unit. The manager went above and beyond what was expected because the unit I reserved was not available. I was given a larger unit at the same price. This was unexpected and greatly appreciated.

Amber was great showing the 10X10 unit, she was very professional and accommodating in reserving the unit as well. Amber went beyond the call of duty to even help me navigate on my smart phone to reserve a larger unit. Thumbs up to Amber she rocks!

Flawless Experience

The entire rental process for my unit was probably the easiest and most seamless process I have ever partaken in. It was so simple and informative that I virtually had no questions when it came down to signing the paperwork. Made the reservation online, went into the office and picked up my keys all in the same day. Not one bad thing to say about my entire experience.
