Location is everything and I got second floor for one to go up& down the stairs for people who cannot be doing that activity all the time & no elevator. There is not enough dollies for renters. Had to wait a long while. Hours are short so if you live out far it would be hard to get into your storage if you had to work late like for example Friday due to traffic. I live out in LA county. I work later times so I believe the hours should be a little later. That's a negative mark for this location. All in all the site manager was a friendly and helpful about this location.

Been here for 3yrs and were finally ...

Been here for 3yrs and were finally able to downsize. Sarah showed us 2 different sizes and the transfer process was a breeze.

This storage is always well maintained and they have great customer service. Thank you Sarah

Sarah she's a very understanding person she have a street but which they need help if you ask her questions she can answer it if not she'll try to I've been at the storage for quite a while and she's helping me out a lot so you need to give her a raise cuz he's a really nice guy she doesn't get upset at people when they're late I know because I was late at one time she understands everything she's a very good people person and she always smiles I like that smiles from Anthony tucciarone

Very good experience

Sarah was wonderful to work with. The paperwork went very smoothly. Just a little hick up with another tenant wanting let in to use the restroom and I didn't do it figured he should have code to get in I think we all should have to use our codes. Got a little hostile and the man on duty wasn't around at the time in the office. Also one cart isn't enough had to wait both times I have brought items to storage. Over all so far so good.

I really like public storage all of there employees are so professional and thoughtful. I forgot to pay my rent this month and Heidi called me as a reminder. I'm getting older and I have a lot going on. So she said as a courtesy she would mark the calendar every month to give me a call and remind me so I don't forget. This is going above and beyond in customer service my opinion. I am so appreciative of her. Not only do they have awesome employees they keep the place clean and secure. I will continue to be a loyal public storage customer.

Great Service

The two young women operating the Anaheim location on Knott were informative, efficient, and helpful. Was able to take advantage of a good sale which made this unit at the time a much better deal than three other places I was shopping. The website is well organized and easy to use. The unit was as advertised and expected in terms of location, size, and condition.

Love the roll up door

Staff was easy to work worth to create my contract. These units have a roll up door so it makes storage easy.

This place I'm at now is very clean, safe, the lights on all the time and the staff is professional. I'm so happy there. The price is perfect for me. Hope it doesn't go up in a year cause I might have to leave. Lol
