    Renting done easier

    I was a previous customer, but at another location about a year ago with a bad experience. Since coming back, great changes to getting a unit online - with no face-to-face, however still had really good customer service and follow up. Easy instructions and smooth transaction. Would definitely refer again!

    I like the app to open entryways.

    The place is very clean. The access hours are great. And airconditioned. All around a great storage complex. And price isn't too bad. Could be a little better, but it is a nice place.

    Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s clean, but inconvenient

    I would possibly recommend the outdoor storage but the climate controlled storage is so annoying to move into. You have to put in the code every time you want to go in the door which makes it impossible if you have furniture in your hand, and there are no carts available to use after hours like the other storage facilities.

    Great Customer Service

    I had to move my things out of my apartment with very short notice (as in a day) and was able to get a same day unit here. The customer service was great and they even stayed open a few minutes late to help me get everything situated. The pricing is a little high for a storage unit in my opinion, but nothing too crazy. Overall, the customer service was very impressive and the unit was pretty clean. I would recommend this storage unit.

    Great staff. Transaction was quick. Premises were clean and climate controlled. Access is seemingly secure. Wonder why this is not a 24 hr facility when it is a self service place. Pricing is on par or a bit higher than others.
