Perfect experience thus far

Was really nervous going into getting a unit but the process was painless and has been super easy

Clean and helpful

They were friendly and helpful, providing all the info about the facility. It was clean & the dollies they had were good. We reserved one size of storage unit, and they were able to look at our items to let us know if it would fit. They said it wouldn't go in the 5x10, which is true, but did estimate a little big (10x10) on the unit we needed instead (they have sizes in between this). Extra costs (besides monthly unit fee) were in the email Uncle Bob's sent (1 time admin fee, lock fee), except for insurance (did say something about needing insurance & that they can provide or you can use a 3rd party but didn't give prices in email; insurance from them starts at $10 for $2,000 of coverage).

The location was very clean and the person who assisted was knowledgable of her position and answered all the questions that we had. She was willing to go above and beyond to show us the different units available and was not in a rush to get us to leave do to the fact that we came right before closing.

Outstanding & fast service

It's my first time using Uncle Bob's Storage and there's no turning back. Very friendly and helpful customer service. The facilities are secure, clean, and well-lit. Worth it's price!

Friendly Staff

I found the facility to be impeccable, the staff accommodating, and the price ok. Self storage.com needs to correct thier information as this facility does indeed have 2 elevators.

Pretty new facility right off of the 202.

Had a decent experience moving in, except they cannot accept e-mailed proof of insurance, so I had to pay extra for the first month.

I was able to get a great rate and had received very good customer service as well. I'm very pleased to have chosen Uncle Bob's storage. :)
