10x10 unit just a square unit nothing fancy but was very clean

it was a 10x10 square with a pull up door drive up access. Just like promised the only thing I have to bitch about is the gate hours. When I called and got he details I was told this facility had 24 hour access to the units. Not that I will need to get in one after 9pm or before 6am just letting you know that was the only thing that didnt jive. Thanks

Rather dirty

Dusty dirt piles and our unit had numerous oil leak spots for which Mgr said he couldn't do anything about.

Even though I was on the phone with my fiance. They were polite to me. It was fast service and they were all friendly.

Didn't have the right locker

Prior I reserved a locker that I could drive up to. They had me set up for one I had to walk threw a small hallway. Had two small doors. They were able to help me get what I needed but then changed the price for the same size 10' by 10' locker. Other than that the employee was courteous and professional.

i like the price, the location, the cleanliness, no issue with talking to the ones running the place, and my only want is for 24 hr access.

I didn't have to wait when I showed up with the reservation. The application process went well and entry and exit from the facility is good. The price is good and the facility is good, and the people knew their job.
