The woman at the desk--I think her name was Kimberly--was charming. This was at the Van Buren location. We tried to rent a unit at your Thomas and 32nd Avenue location and didn't because the woman was condescending and would not let me use the online coupon.

I just moved into the storage unit. It's a great place. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean. It took less than 10 minutes for my paperwork.

The storage was what I expected. I had to buy a lock for my unit. There is a security lock on the door outside the units.
