Additional information

Deer Valley II Self Storage is conveniently located in a business- industrial area of Deer Valley / Phoenix, next to major freeway exchanges. Our facility is secure and features only one set of entry/exit gates located at the front of the property. Each gate has a key pad that is used for entry and exit and all entries and exits are recorded both by gate access codes and cameras including foot traffic. All units are also individually alarmed. Our aisles are wide and well lit making them easy to navigate in. We also offer free freshly baked cookies, cold bottled water, a clean restroom and friendly caring resident managers.

Same day move in,

Moved in same day within 2 hours of reserving. Fair price, they even gave me an additional promotional discount that was not listed online, and did so without my having to ask. Friendly and helpful staff, I would give them more than 5 stars if it was possible!

Super friendly, great customer service!

Viewing online I had a hard time finding a storage unit for a reasonable price and good location. Every unit I would call for to reserve seemed to be taken already. Luckily I was able to reserve one online at Deer Valley ll self storage on a non climate controlled using spare foot. They contacted me right away but of course with my luck it was no longer available, on the bright side with such friendly and understanding service they offered me a climate control unit for just a couple dollars more. That being said, I am very pleased with this location and definitely recommend it to anyone.

Secure, easy-access facility with very helpful and friendly staff.

We will definitely rent at this facility again, if the need arises. We needed a short-term rental space and the location was perfect. The owners and staff are very friendly and always helpful. The facility is clean and access was secure, yet user friendly.
