Very friendly and helpful staff

I felt very welcome when Jeremy gave me a tour and made sure I could use the lock properly. I love the garage where we could pull our cargo trailer in for unloading it was Out of the heat!! I felt very secure while unloading. My only dislike was having to code onto elevator every trip. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m guessing itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s for security purposes.

Blows public storage away

I was a coustomer with public storage since 2018 the rates have doubled i went from 168 to 340 a month and they were still going up.lost track of time and was late getting out of the gate thougjt nothing of it until the next day i got a call saying they were terminating my rental agreement straight form the area director called corporate to get told that the area director is always right. Thank you public storage for the opportunity to take my buisness elsewhere i can tell already cube smart is above and beyond anything you guys have to offer.

Best facility we have ever used. The unloading area is so nice in and enclosed air conditioning room! Lots of rolling carts available and everything very clean. Lowest price I was able to find in the entire NE Phoenix area. Staff was very pleasant to deal with and very attentive from the moment I booked with the easy to use online website

Better space markings needed.

The space markings for parking/storing vehicles is so worn, it was difficult to find our space, but figured it out by looking at other space markings. We drove right by it initially.

The day I moved in I forgot to bring my lock. I got a call from CubeSmart to let me know they noticed I did not lock my door and said they would keep an eye on it until I got back to place the lock. That is good customer service

I found Cubesmart online and called, my service rep. was well informed to help me with my needs. Set a date, received email update and reminders for move in. On site staff was very nice and helpful, my unit was very clean, auto timer for lights. Love the high ceilings to maximize cubic square feet. I even got locked in after hours, called the number on gate, he was able to give me an access code to get out. It was AWESOME service!!!!

The facilities are clean and the process to set up an account is quick. You do have to sign up for mandatory insurance and purchase a specific lock.
