There was a diagonal trailer in front of me that made it a little cumbersome to back in and then to pull out after I had unloaded otherwise the facility is good. Customer service only got three stars cause you basically do everything online..

Vehicle Storage

I was able to secure a parking space online fairly easily and at a great monthly rate. The process of reserving online was very efficient. From the point that I began completing the application, it only took around 15 minutes until I received the confirmation email. Having Bluetooth gate access is phenomenal! Utilizing the app and my account, I didn't have any issues getting into or out of the facility. The outdoor vehicle storage rear area is the reason that I couldn't give a higher rating. The rear area is poorly lit and the space markings definitely need to be updated. I had a tough time identifying my space due to only 30% (or so) of the space-number-identifier-marking was legible, and even that portion was faded. On a more personal note, it looked like a vehicle graveyard back there. The vehicle storage side area seems much more appealing...and safer.
