    Unit wasn't cleaned for our arrival as promised

    Locking plate broken and had to be replaced..was told it would be cleaned and wasn't, charged for Insurance when I told them I didn't want it...hopefully I'll get a credit back for this amount without an issue.. Lastly, signed up for the following week and because I went in sooner she said because I didn't sign up on line she had to start charging me that day, so I paid for time not used...not good..
