Thought we would drive our car back to Montana after keeping it parked in the Phoenix area as it was convenient for our regular travels to Mexico, but it has become costly. I made an online inquiry believing I would not change my mind driving back to MT, but quickly received a call from Stephanie that was so pleasant I quickly new I found a new home for my car. It took less than one hour from the time I first called, to receiving the key. The customer service was exceptional. No waiting around for a live person to get back to me on the phone, smiling faces greeted me upon arrival. The unit was clean and well maintained.

Only vacated unit since I now have my own garage! was a pleasure to work with this company and will use them again (this location if possible) next time I need a storage unit. I really like life storage. Is so clean I could believe it, this place is so big. It's a beautiful facility I will tell all my friends and anyone who ask about a storage I recommend LIFE STORAGE!! BY the way Lisa was amazing she helped me even though it was almost closing time really appreciate all her help and making feel welcome and like family. Two thumbs up!!!!!
