Kiosk trouble

I'm. Not sure that the kiosk is as good as it could be.

Great facility, easy kiosk access and instructions for move in. Will definitely use again in future if needed.

Very Nice Experience

This was my first time renting a storage unit. Will, the Manager, made it a very pleasant experience. His professional, light hearted personality made it a very nice experience. I would recommend seeing Will if you ever need a storage unit of your own!

Working with the Manager, Will, was absolutely wonderful!!! He was extremely helpful in everything, from showing the units to the paperwork. I have never rented a storage before and will always come back here, because the experience couldn’t possibly be better any place else. Thanks for all your help Will.

It was very smooth and efficient process

I have rented units at various places and for the most part the process has been smooth and efficient. The day I rented the receptionist and manager on duty were knowledgeable and accommodating. The rental office was clean, the facility was clean for the most part. I definitely would recommend friends to this facility.

Great value and easy to access. The sign stating 24 hour renting caused some confusion as we thought it meant 24 hour access but this has been the only issue. Clean and the office staff was very helpful and friendly.

First time was bad second time made up for it

When i arrived there was no one there to take my reservation or show me around. Theres just a box. I tried calling the person the box connects you to but they had no clue how to help me with my discount. Needless to say i was highly upset. When i went back after that time the woman who was there was very nice and handlled everything very professionally.

Not what promised

No one was there to move me in.

Great location, friendly staff

I rent here anytime I need more storage. The staff is professional, they have a maintenance guy who drives the property throughout the day. It's we eel lit and the units are clean.
