Fine, bit smaller than advertised it seems

My unit seems smaller than advertised, and the latch pieces that you have to slide together to re lock the unit are hard to move back into place. Best pricing I found for the area though, not bad.

1st month free scam

I moved in 2 days prior to the end of the month and evidently that was my entire 1st month free. But this morning I was charged for the monthly fee. My fault for nor reading the fine print. But you would think a reputable facility would encourage me to wait 2 days so I could take advantage of the free month.

The pricing is fair and the specials made them by far the best deal for storage, even without the free use of the truck! That was an unexpected bonus! Friendly, courteous staff and easy to navigate facility.
