Convenient location...

The fact that there is not an office on site is a little unusual, but we managed to work out all the paperwork online and by phone. Location, size unit, and price were all good for us.

It took 2 days just to get in contact with someone.

Cost me to pay more for my uhaul.

Doesn't seem secure enough.

Cleaning and security were definitely a factor. I'm only using the unit for two weeks. If I needed it for a longer period I would go elsewhere.

Older, but our locker was dry and seems secure.

Time will tell if I'm right, but this seems like a perfectly adequate storage locker for an unbeatable price. It doesn't have bells and whistles like an electric gate, and it could use a coat of paint, but the floor is raised, the ceiling showed no leaks and there were no dried watermarks on the floor--things we saw in new facilities with twice the rent. Staff were professional and helped me get the lease signed in a hurry so I could return a uhaul trailer by the deadline. So if fresh paint and an automatic gate is the most important thing to you, don't go here. If a dry place to store your stuff cheaply is, then check them out.

Extremely helpful, even after hours!

Great customer service! I reserved a 10x10 unit, but when there were none available they upgraded me to a 10x15 at no extra cost. On move in day, I was running very late, but they were kind enough to stay open for me. The storage units have lots of space between rows, making move in very easy.

I needed a place fast and this place hooked me up quick and had great customer service I felt like I was talking to a friend I like there services so much I am looking into renting a house trailer from them

Dark no lighting

Unit I was issued had trash in it had to move to the next unit. The office is not on site!
