Very easy!

Was very easy to get into at the gate. Finding our parking space was very easy. I just wish I could of rented a taller space. I thought 12 feet would be tall enough. But it wasn't. Our RV's nose is only about a foot under the roof. We wasn't able to back all the way in because of the cross beam in the roof about 4 foot from the back is to low. All of our stuff on top would be ripped off. Maybe I can trade for a taller one when one comes open.

Easy process and clean facility.

I very pleased with how easy to get settled over the phone.

I have a trailer that needed storage and a previous deal had been cancelled by a competitor, due to they already had the spot reserved and I was told while towing the trailer up to Arkansas. I needed to get a new spot and I was worn out looking. Once I located an available spot, the process was extremely easy for getting reserved and paid for. All of this was online and I was able to verify the location before finalizing. I was moved in within an hour after locating. Clean, secure and great location for me. I was shocked I passed it up before... I have had several trailers over the years and different experiences. So far, this was the best.

GREAT SPACE TO RENT FOR OUR CAMPER TRAILER ,

Can not get the repairs done to my unit.

I have a 12x50 fully enclosed unit, and I have an outside parking spot as well. I have called customer service several times, asking them to do something about the water coming into my unit. They have not done one thing to help me. I have been a tenant with other units at this location for over two years. I am not happy with the call center being in Jamaica, I do not feel like they value me as a customer.

I like their new covered parking that makes it far easier especially when raining or snowing so no complaints form me it is gated fenced and has cameras so not bad.

Nice storage facility.

I have been pleased with the storage facility. The grounds are maintained well and seems very secure. When I've called customer service, the folks at Sparebox are very helpful and friendly. From a security perspective, the only suggestion I would make is to install a key pad directly inside the gate that would require customers to enter their code to open the gate from inside in order to exit the facility. This would help to some degree in maintaining good access control for authorized personnel entering and exiting the facility, and maybe keep unauthorized people from following a customer in while the gate is still open, potentially stealing something, and only having to drive up to the gate for it to open and leave. I rented a storage unit at a Sparebox facility in Amarillo Texas that had this setup.

Mud puddle

Its always muddy in front of my spot. Shoes get muddy and camper wheels also full of mud.

Good value for the area.

Only complaint is the lack of 24-hour access. We operate our business out of the facility and sometimes we are coming and going during the closed period, it would be nice to have 24 hour access for our business.

Like the covered slot I have.

You have increased the price twice in one year. If this is your standard, I will not be staying long!
