My 1st time renting Storage space

It's true that this was my 1st time renting storage space and I have to say that Public Storage made it an awesome experience. I'm truly grateful. The Process was so convenient and safe during this time of the pandemic. We will definitely use them again.

Good Place to Store Your Stuff

Remarkably clean. Aside from the damp (which dissipated with a box of desiccant) I found my rental space better than I anticipated. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Professional, friendly and accommodating staff. Place is accessible and trustworthy of any issues and reliable source of any transactions. Hopefully to have more branches widespread in the state for the comfort of the community. I makes life easier. Keep up the good job !

Great storage place but most importantly, the manager (Donna) is just so friendly and very professional. She explained to me the lease contract one by one. The price is reasonable and the property is clean. This is actually the only storage place that the person working has really a genuine smile.

I went over to Public Storage to get pricing & other info on a day it was pouring rain. The store rep didn't hesitate to take me around and show me the units in the rain; I had to go that day to get a storage unit so i could move the next day. I spoke with Carolyn and she is very knowledgeable and helpful. If there was more than a 5 star rating, i would rate her @ the highest one. If you need a storage unit, in a awesome, centralized location, go here. Staff is Excellent and they will help/work with you anyway they can you make sure you find exactly what you need. Don't think about it, just go there!

Public Storage was Good

Very Private Very Clean The manager apparently walks the grounds and checks on buildings and makes sure units are secure. Only complaint- Had to be in and out by 9pm. would be better if could access 24 hrs.
