Great Services The employees and managers were very nice and helpful. I am a 22 year old graduate student that did not know anything about storage units. The manager at the Lakeshore- Birmingham location did a great a job educating me on the storage unit culture.

It was a great experience. Tyler and Amber were very helpful and made me feel comfortable using Public Storage. They showed me the space prior to leasing also, which I hadn't expected. Great service.

Kathrine (Name may be spelled wrong) was very helpful and helped us through th rough spot of the detour around town. also helped to make sure that the personnel from Mayflower knew how to get in the unit and showed us where it was.

Staff was super! Walked through all of my many questions and worked with me to determine what size unit would work best. Love that it's so secure and spaces seem well-protected.

My experience was an easy efficient experience. This storage catered to my specific needs and was eager to help. Customer service is a big deal and they definitely exceeded in that area. They are willing to make your moving experience as easy as possible.

I worked with Joel at public storage and he went above and beyond. Excellent young man very professional wonderful to work with. Storage unit was clean security is excellent. I'm very pleased

I would recommend public storage. When I go to my unit I feel safe, Plenty of lights outside and inside. The manager Joel has been friendly, courteous, helpful.

Good security & access

Good security & access. One motion sensor for the lights (on my row) is out and I have to walk all the way to the other end to activate them. One of the three carts has a broken wheel. There needs to be a one cart per customer policy--twice I've found all carts in use by one person or family, some loaded but unattended while they've taken one cart up to their space. Annoying.
