Excellent experience! First time renting storage unit, knowledge and explained everything(as I didn't want hidden fees added ect...), gave us ALL information, very friendly, even enjoyed his Treager conversation with my husband lol.Check in was super smooth ! Definitely recommend!!! Also, made sure our unit was extra clean and good to go, we even got an upgrade with a GREAT rate ! BTW rates are the best , and they always have specials, Definitely a plus !

Was very impressed with the manager there. He was very helpful and let us use one of his carts which was great help in unloading. The unit was clean. All around great service. Very pleased I used them.

Admittedly, the place is a bit annoying to get to. But other than that the employee that set me up was awesome and super nice. The price is very good for what I'm getting. The gentleman made sure to over everything I needed to know before signing the contract.

Misinformed

I was told by the manager that my Harley Davidson would fit in a 5x10 storage locker and that my 12 ft. utility trailer would fit in one of the outdoor parking spaces. The Harley wouldn't even fit through the door! If the space for the trailer had been a back in or pull through space it would have been fine, unfortunately this was not the case. It was an end to end space, (Parallel parking required) with a car at the back of the space and a full sized pickup bed camper at the front. These were so close to either end that it was impossible to maneuver my trailer in between them. Just a little FYI, I am a general contractor with 40 years of backing up and parking all shapes and sizes of trailers. Skill was not the issue. Which brings me to the manager (that lives on site)...... He wasn't there. The young man that was there, was more than helpful and apologetic. He managed to get me a space (for a higher price) that I could park the trailer, with the bike in it, until I could find something more suited to my needs. If I based my rating solely on this young man's assistance, customer service and professionalism, I would give 5 stars! Last, I was, and am, extremely disappointed in the fact that even though my property was only stored for 2 days until I made other arrangements, the manager would not refund the prorated balance of what I had paid!!! His statement when I asked for a refund on the unused time was, "I can't help you there. We only pro-rate the rental price, not refunds." My advice would be to rent elsewhere if at all possible. Ed was great in letting us move in quickly because we were forced off campus with the virus pandemic. Helped us out and was understanding when we didn’t give him the proper information originally (whoops). Nice and close and easy to get too. Great price as well.

After constant price increases at my former storage facility, Got Storage is refreshing. They give 50% off the first 3 full months, are convenient to the W, NW and SW of the Phoenix metro area, and provide some nice “xtras” the big corps feel they don’t need to offer, like a moving truck that you only need to pay gas for. I’m pleased to be doing business with them.
