    Customer Service is Amazing

    The customer service representative was professional and willing to answer all my questions. She was able to process my paperwork in a timely manor after showing me a couple of units that would satisfy my storage needs. The facility was clean and I felt comfortable with renting future units from them. A job well done!

    Superb customer service, wonderful location & great value!

    Had an excellent experience renting a 2nd unit, that was needed for a move/sort/move on short notice. Tierra there was super responsive in customizing a solution that worked perfectly for us. She was able to arrange for a unit near the existing one to make sorting and consolidation easy. Tierra assisted us with Public Storage's website for a great rate & the setup monthly autopay. She arranged to access to the unit & lock, which was a nice option. A big THANK YOU to Tierra for destressing this part of our lives.

    Trouble free experience

    I would say our good experience was based on the knowledge and skill for the attendant. She was competent yet friendly and explained everything to us in detail. Do to her information, we'll definitely be back for packing supplies.

    Why I would recommend Public Storage

    Very professional & friendly staff, nice & clean. Carts available,auto pay makes pmts. easy every month. Hours of entrance are very good. Got a great winter special price on my unit. Didn't need to pick up the insurance,my home insurance covers my items.I highly recommend them for your storage needs.
