Easy reservation and check in

The reservation process was easy. I reserved thru a 3rd party site but I did make contact with the location directly and they were helpful. It would be nice if they had an interface that helped you better determine (visually) the unit size and how to sleep pack the items. If they do have that, I did not find it. Otherwise I am happy with the unit.

This facility was great! I was running a bit late, but the manager of the facility let me stay a few minutes extra, and the move in process was seamless!

As my first time moving out on my own, I had a great and cheerful experience with public storage. Customer service was great, responsive and cooperative when it came to figuring out the best option for me. A lot of smiles and helpful energy.

The best part of public storage at St John's Place is Ania! Her information and customer service is top drawer. She's always friendly and as helpful as she can be. I would highly recommend Public Storage just because of her.

Jordan And Ania were very helpful, very knowledgable about the company and they gave me legendary customer service, I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for storage.

The girl who helped me was friendly and amazing! It was her birthday on the day I bought my unit. Her name starts with an A and was like Amin or Amia or something but she was very helpful.

Ania is so helpful & nice. I came to the storage facility on July 31st to check out some sizes & get some information. I loved how knowledgeable she was. She was a great help.

The girl that helped me at the front desk was surprisingly pleasant and well aware of all products. She was able to help me in areas I did not know I needed help with for example having a lock. I am grateful for her service and would recommend this place to anyone.

Clean location, secure and the staff are friendly. I would've given it 5 stars if the storage units were a bit more affordable for the next size up.

The customer service was unparalleled, quick and truly made my day so much better. I arrived at the storage facility the same day I made the reservation in a frenzy because I had just received news my apartment for that morning's move with my Uhaul already loaded was unavailable. I was incredibly worried about the safety of my things and ended up being taken such good care of that I felt confident in placing all my items in the hallway to take a full 3 hours to move into my unit calmly as my driver returned our UHaul.
