    Very pleased

    Very pleased. Great online price.Easy registration and setup. Property Manager allowed me to view the space before we continued. I rejected the space because the weather seal was missing and there was a noticeable gap under the closed door. She could not have been more gracious and assigned me another room after viewing that one as well. She was pleasant and friendly. Great experience all around.

    Wonderful property manager. Linda took her time and walked me through the process and the sizes of the units. She even tried to upsell me, even though I didn't need it I appreciate her asking. Will definitely use Public Storage again,if I ever need to store items again.

    I have been a tenant at the Poole Rd location for almost 6 months and I would like to start off and say Melody the office manager at the time I became a tenant was fabulous, she gave me the information I need regarding the space and fees and insurance involved I was very satisfied. Since then my unit has been cleaned safe and inspected every time I was in my unit only because I was not in a car and before I could get started re-arranging my belongings someone from the office would ride threw and say we saw your unit door open and was checking to make sure your space was secure. That made me feel so safe and welcomed while I was there. During a most recent situation similar to that was the most recent office manager Chris, I was just as impressed as I was when I first started to rent my unit. He was just as informative had the same concerns about my unit being secure and safe and clean. He informed me of the e-mail I had received. My rent would be going up and I had absolutely no problem with that because of the length of my stay because I am sure all my belongings are safe dry secure. He informed me that Melody is at another location and I asked him to please mention me and I know she will be great at her new location but I would and have truly missed her. I congratulated Chris on the new job and I wanted to give a review. Please continue to hire customer friendly people like Chris and Melody because no matter what the situation may come about I am truly confident that your facility and staff will run accordingly and as planned with people like them who obviously enjoy their jobs. As long as we as tenants conduct ourselves as we are suppose to and follow the contract laws the do's and donts of our responsibilities this company will continue giving the very best satisfaction to their tenants without any hassles. Thank you all so much!!!!!!

    Good service

    It was easy to rent a unit. The staff person was knowledgeable and personable. Didn't realize how much I didn't know but she did not make me feel unprepared. The business like approach made me feel more comfortable that my things will be secure.

    A great option

    I have been renting here for 1 week. There has been no issues. The property manager (Sequoya?) was very nice and very clear about how things worked...that was helpful as it is my first time renting a storage. I did have ants outside of my space, she quickly put down something to rid the ants. If you are looking for a location to store, there's no reason to my knowledge why this storage location wouldn't be a great spot.

    Convenient Location . . . Great Deal . . . Great Service

    On my initial visit to the facility, Ray and I rode around on the golf cart to see the different sized storage units. He explained how the temperature controlled units work, detailed hours of operation, and provided an overview of the products available for purchase. He further explained the promotional offer and indicated when it would expire. When I went back to sign the lease/contract, he clearly explained all the charges and was patient in answering my questions. So far so good. I've been back to the unit a couple of times since "moving in" on Dec 26.
