I'm very pleased with Public Storage Sterling. Super help staff (Perla) walked me through the check in process and gave me expert advice. My 10x20' unit is perfect for my storage needs. I highly recommend these folks and the pricing is great too!

Public Storage in Sterling

Perla is the manager at the public storage location I used and she is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Overall, the facility is fairly clean and very secure. There are gates going in and out which you have to type your pin code to get in and out. The storage doors can be easily locked.

Great facilities and local service, but...

The facilities are top notch and the customer service from the local rep, Josh was stellar. I do, however, have an issue with the corporate policy of not granting the $1 move in special to existing customers. I'm sure you're all covered, that it's written someplace in all the fine print on the web application, but, I was caught off guard when Josh advised me that the special didn't apply to me. He was professional and polite about it, so, I had no issue with him. But, really? So, let's get this right, a loyal customer cannot get a free month but someone new off the street can? Had I paid more attention, I would've taken my new business to a competitor. It's just storage so there's not many way to differentiate from my perspective, beyond cost. Now that I'm aware of your policy, when I arrive in my new location, I won't even bother looking at your properties. Why should I? There's zero benefit to being loyal to you. Time to rethink your loyalty strategy. You couldn't possibly have it any more wrong.

Perla, the manager, is absolutely fantastic! She took care of my questions, needs, was very cordial and sociable. She puts a lot of care and work in keeping her building and storage grounds up to standard. We have used this storage company and this particular area before and even though we looked at other companies...we decided to use this Public Storage unit again due to Perla and her dedication to customer service!!

The facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff here are friendly and respectful especially Fariba. Prices are competitive and access to the units are efficient and secure.

I would like to say that Miss Perla is the best woman that ever lived she treated me like a friend and made sure that I was taking care of to the best of her ability. The property is really clean and well taken care of I feel safe with my belongings staying there. She offers the best customer service that I've ever seen and she's really a blessing. My husband and I were coming off the road from a long road trip from the Houston area just after Hurricane Harvey, and we needed to get things unloaded as we were eager to drop off the truck and car carrier, get to our destination and rest! This would not have been possible without the helpful willingness of Perla, the facility manager. She stayed after hours to accommodate our needs. If you are concerned about customer service getting lost in the "big brand" feel of a company such as Public Storage, you don't have to worry about that at this location as long as Perla is around.

Perla, the manager of the facility is exceptional! She is very knowledgable and provided very helpful suggestions, and provides excellent customer service. Perla keeps the facility is absolutely spotless - amazing for a very active site. We have rented several storage units across the country and her facility is by far the best. I would highly recommend any storage facility that is managed by Perla!

The location on Gentry Drive in Sterling is FANTASTIC. Been a customer for several years. The store manager, Perla, is the kindest, most hard-working individual I have ever met. Always smiling and happy to help with whatever I need.
