    Customer service needs improved

    Did everything online and although it was seamless when I tried accessing my storage at around 5:45 pm to 6pm with the uhaul truck I was unable to access my unit as my gate code did not work so had to wait another day before able to unload. Dont worry bout calling after hours no one will be willing or able to help you

    Ben was very helpful and curtious even though we were late to our prearranged appointment time. The property was very well kept and the service is great. Storage buildings smelled clean and no sign of dirt, bugs, or messes. If you're looking for a clean storage building with great services and prices, this is definitely a great option!

    Jasmine was very helpful. She went above and beyond to show me some units in the cold! Considering it was time for them to close she still made an effort! Jasmine could have easily told me to come back tomorrow so she could show me the units. It's much appreciated when a business provides great customer service!!!

    Moving out was beer easier

    I am moving out and need some space to storage all the clutter that you accumulate through the years. I got a great rate for the space that I need. There were a little "hidden" charges that I was not aware of like the lock and keys but still a great deal for my needs. Staff was cordial and helped with determined the right size for my needs instead of being pushy or trying to sell me something that I don't need
