    Great customer service

    Great service...just had to sweep out unit before moving in...Great ramps if you want to get airborne in your truck. Lol. Jk..they do have steep dips. I'd recommend not using a car bc you will most likely bottom out

    Manager answered ALL my questions with our out-of-town move.

    Manager, Debra West, consistently answered her phone and/or quickly returned my calls to help me with my client's out of town move. She was thorough in covering all the details to set us up for a smooth move-in. My client was very, very pleased.

    Good staff, facility roads need some improvement and warnings. Drive slow.

    The staff was wonderful but there were dangerous bumps and hills going into the facility that were not marked or could not be seen the truck drops down and can bottom out. they need to post signs to warn customers about this because essentially they are booby traps. drive very slow when moving between the storage units.

    Professional but Friendly

    Deborah is very nice and helpful! Her time was running out but she was very polite explained to us each question. The storage is clean and bright!

    Storage is good but the the drones between the rows are horrible.

    The drive between the rows of storage are horrible. The pitch of the drives are so bad that my friends and I horrified driving close to the rows (buildings) as well as I (driving 26ft U-Hail truck. My friend bottom outed their cars.

    Excellent rate! Front receptionist very personable.

    The rate and location were what drew my attention to this facility. The office staff were great, but Deborah could use an assistant for a few hours each day. Afternoons are busy times. Another plus: nightly on site security! The only draw back: the unit was VERY dirty.

    Very friendly staff and great pricing

    The staff was friendly. they were efficient and quick to get us checked in and the prices are great! I'm so glad I found them! Note to others. Buy the circle locks. Had to go get a different lock after loading my things in.
