    Safe Storage, Caring Management

    Friendly and highly attentive management during the initial leasing process for this unit. David was excellent! He was energetic, positive, and personable. It was apparent that he truly cared about protecting everything stored on-site. He provided a tour of available units and described all of the enhanced security measures the he had personally implemented. Security includes video surveillance, gate codes (in and out), and door codes to each building. David also described how the gates codes are strictly monitored to verify appropriate access. The facilities are good quality, but it's the people that make this place excellent.

    Inexpensive storage and great service

    Great people to work with, and the storage prices are great. The unit was also nice and clean when I got there. The only negative feedback I have is that the access close time on the lease (and what was told to me by the front desk) is said to be 10pm when it’s actually 9pm. The correct time is posted on the gate itself so I haven’t locked myself in, but this issue can be confusing.

    Great customer service

    I had a couple of difficulties while I was moving in . The attendent came to check on me , and when I told him my situation, he was able to help me eliminate my difficulties within 10-15 min , making it easier and faster to complete my move in , which was very much appreciated when you're contending with triple digit Texas summer heat .
