Getting a space seemed easy enough. Place is a bit dated tho. Wasn't too easy to find unit

It was a great experience overall!

I was able to rent a unit really quick and I didn't even have to see any employee. My keys were waiting for me at my unit and I can use my phone to manage all my storage units now (I rented two more after Day 1) I will be a long time customer as long as you guys don't go crazy with your prices.

Almost perfect. Just make sure to list the insurance and lock fees ahead of time.

The reservation was easy to make.The required money was almost fully transparent (the insurance the lock price were not mentioned until I arrived to get my unit).

The onsite manager was great upon...

The onsite manager was great upon check-in and did a very thorough job of getting us setup and explaining everything. The only issue we ran into was with the reservation system/Public Storage was unable to honor a better deal we had reserved previously (because we weren't able to move in at a certain date and they were not able to extend the offer). Just lacked a little flexibility and going above for the customer in that case.

Customer service great. Don't let the $1.00 first month trick you. It cost $56.00 first month. Administration fee of $24 is disclosed on website. Lock and mandatory insurance is not.

Public storage-Best Service!

Not only was my first month $1 but David (property manager) was extremely professional from start to finish while guiding me through the entire process to aquire my unit. David showed me respect when he requested another customer to wait his turn who was interrupting my conversation with David. David gave me a detailed tour of the facility and I got all the info I needed and didn't even have questions afterwards. Thanks David and public storage for making my things quick and easy for me.

Came in for a storage unit and Philessia was very helpful in locating a unit within my budget. This location is great, but found unit @ sister property with great rates.

After Leaving Review: Jenny who I believe is a District Manager, contacted me and seemed genuinely concerned with hearing my story and making things right. While my initial experience may have been poor. I am really happy with the company's strive to make things right. Thank you Jenny. Original Experience: DONT move your stuff here if you have the option. They took the lock off removed it and added a new lock without telling me. They then would not allow the other person paying for the account to get in without me physically being present...even though he had all my account info and talked to me on the phone. I cancelled my account immediately after this encounter only to have fees rack up for not taking the "new" lock off. Now after several months they decide to call and tell me I MUST pay for this and that the lock...Not me closing the account online...defines whether or not I have a unit with them.

Landri is always super nice when I come in and is more than happy to help me if I need anything!

Easy and convenient

Reservation was easy online and my unit was ready as promised. I've used the company before. The only thing that's changed is the monthly rate. The same unit is about 30% to 40% more today than it was six years ago.
