    Great experience so far (1 month in)

    The lady who helped me find my unit, get checked in, etc. was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed speaking with her and getting things started with my rental experience. My unit was clean when I arrived, and I appreciate the climate control and security. There was a dolly waiting by the elevator when I came back to move my stuff in, and the place felt very safe and clean.

    The best Customer Service ever!

    Sure, it's pretty pricey, but it's worth it. Very clean, very secure, and Trina, the front desk lady, was definitely the highlight of this experience. She was so welcoming, and so helpful. She was very clear with the contract, and was so naturally cheery. The day I came in to start renting the storage space, I had just taken the bus in the Texas Summer heat and missed the stop so had to walk back a few extra blocks. Seeing how exhausted (and probably close to death) me and my friend were, she gave us lemonade. Not pertinent to renting storage space, but just know this amazing human being is the one that will be working with you at that location. Now, the storage space. I had a 5x10 space, and those things are so much bigger than you'd expect. It fit me and my two roommates stuff perfectly, granted, the only piece of furniture we had was a twin size bed and boxspring and a desk, we girls have a lot of clothes and etc, and it all fit. Moving stuff in and out of the unit was easy as pie, though a bit exhausting because I'm a borderline hoarder. They have carts to use at the location, as well as bathrooms so you can take a quick break and splash yourself with water. The elevator was a bit tricky to work at first, but we figured it out in the end. The personal code was a nice touch for security purposes, and the circle locks, the best for storage units, were provided in the contract, which is great since I forgot mine like an idiot that day. I rarely write reviews, in fact, I'm only writing this because I had time between my classes and saw this is my inbox. I figured, 'hey, why not, I have time, and it really was a nice place.'

    Trena is always helpful, courteous and professional.

    I've had to secure storage units off and on over the last couple of years for myself and my clients. I always start my search and check with Trena to see if she has any open units. She's just very accommodating and genuinely wants to help. My home flooded a couple of years back and I had a very short window to move what little was left after all of the damage. I found this particular location because of it's proximity to me and was helped by Trena. I had spoken to a few other places and have dealt with other storage facilities in town since, including others owned by Public Storage and she has been and was the only one who's shown the slightest concern and sympathy for my circumstances. Recently, I had a somewhat complex rental I had to setup for a client. I had to transfer the unit ownership from myself to a third-party, the accounting firm handling all of the billing for the client. Trena was very thorough and went over all of the steps to make sure I understood what needed to happen. She even followed up with me a few weeks later to remind me, as I had not yet completed all of the steps for the ownership transfer. She saved me from a potential headache for sure. You have a valuable asset in her. You should give her a raise and have her training your employees on customer service!!
