    Great Experience So Far...

    I needed a building that was the right size, but I didn't have to worry about my rent going up every month or the phantom fees that were appearing out of thin air. This place has everything I need and at a price that is very reasonable.

    Originally was going to use a storage temporarily for a short term period. Convenience and price plus good customer service from Fredricka makes it a viable storage area for my storable things for years to come!
