It was very difficult to move my couch in it has a narrow door frame.

Moving alone I needed a garage type door. I guess that's what I get for limited price.

The only issue I have is not with...

The only issue I have is not with PUBLIC STORAGE, but with some of the people that wait outside the gate, who don't remember the gate code. They wait for someone to come in or out that knows the code.

Angela & Charles provided me with wonderful customer service. They were very professional & the location was clean and organized. I originally had a reservation at the 44th & May location, I was went to fufill my reservation and the property manager Sharonda was very disrespectful & cursed at me several times. I left the location & came to this location. Much better experience! Thanks Angela & Charles! I think sharonda NEEDS A NEW JOB. I left my contact information at this location for a district manager to contact me.

Didn't know if I wanted to rent here but after talking to Tonya I felt better. She explained all the charges so I could understand. If any of my friends or family need storage I will send them to Tanya

I was in the public storage today to rent a unit and the customer service expectation exceeded above all! Barbara was the lady that helped me and made me feel comfortable! This is a personal favorite, well managed and above professional public storage! Always enjoy coming in!

Magan, who rented us the unit, was phenomenal. If I ever need another unit, I will only deal with her. Ease of rental, explanation of what to expect, what was necessary, etc. Wonderful experience!
