    Carts

    There is only cart in the back to bring my things up or down the elevator. There need to be at least 2 more. Everyone is using the one cart, there are no wipes and they are not clean.

    I am so very pleased with the attention and services that were provided by Ms. Angelina Gargiuli! She's so attentive and caring about anything I needed. She made the atmosphere very pleasant; as soon as I walked in to this Public Storage I felt a strong positive vibe coming from this kind, gentle personnel.

    I am very satisfied by the customer service I had just received from Angie. She took her lunch early so she would be in the office for me to pay this month and next month's rent. She also told me that I can pay at any public storage location. Because yesterday I came by and she was on lunch and I called to tell her I was coming the same time today and she made sure she was here for me. She is very friendly sufficient and very very kind. Angie also told me other methods of payment that I did not know abouy as well. Went over different sizes with meand should me a lot. I would recommend this location and tell them to look for Angie. She made my day.
