Facilty provide zero cuatomer service or moving instruction. it took 2hr for us to settled in because we use the wrong elevator. Property manager did not return phone call. She shut her door at 2pm and left.

The people who work at Public Storage on S. Valley View are awesome. They are very friendly as well as professional. They made my experience less stressful and a lot easier.

I like the pricing and the convenience, the storage facility is right near my home. The rental specialists are always courteous, and friendly. I've stored with the several times.

Kevin is a great manager, he's always happy to help with any concerns we have. When his higher ups weren't responding to calls about an issue with one of our units Kevin spent over an hour trying to help fix the problem.

Very friendly staff and reasonable rates. Kevin and Stephanie were helpful and knowledgeable.

Public Storage. .the young Man At Valley View location name.* Eric.* I understand THAT he's very young .but honest to God he's An energetic , enthusiastic and Very Personable young Man...I'm 62 yrs old. As soon as I walked in the Door THERE were a man At the counter b4 Me. I noticed *Eric* Behavior And GORGEOUS Eyes were very helpful in Assisting the Gentleman which was A piece of Work ..but Eric entered him in the Computer ....Bid him a Good Holiday. And ASKED very pleasantly MAY I HELP YOU....NOW THERE'S A LADY CHIT CHATTING DISTRACTING HIM....
