Move-in Nightmare!

Although I had downloaded the App, I was unable to get a code for entry. I called the office and knocked on the door and was unable to get a response. Meanwhile, my movers were already in the facility, but not the unit. After calling the 800# and the # for the facility I finally got a person. She was the manager of the facility but would not give me a code for entry. I finally got a code from either the 800# or the App and got into the facility gate and met my movers. It was a sweltering day. Guess what?! My unit had a lock on the door. More calling and waiting. When I reached the facility manager, she told me she was with another customer! Excuse me - what was I? Waiting in the heat of mid-day with movers I was paying to wait outside a locked unit!! After about 30+ minutes, she finally shows up to remove the lock. A lock was supposed to be in the unit for me to lock my items - it was not. She (the manager has to return to the front office to get me a lock for my unit. I cannot remember having a worse customer experience ever. I can say this because I have worked in customer service for years and have been a customer service manager. If I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to hire movers to move my belongings again - I would definitely move to a different company and facility. This was unbelievable!

Perfect space

Clean facility. The 5x5 unit is just the right space to store your college students mini fridge, microwave, TV, etc. for the summer.

The customer service was great. Loved the way they make u feel with respect for what ur looking for. Very accommodating. The only down side is that my place didn't have a light.and the place needed to be swept.

Terrible rep should not work during a pandemic send her home

Terrible service felt like I was being booked into a county jail. The lady was so rude and I could barely understand her thru her respirator mask. I would have preferred to check in online. You should just close the office because she does not want to work during Corona pandemic she was nasty I'm moving out & into another storage that cost more just because of the lack of customer gud customer service.

I have already filled out a review so all I have to say at this time is we were very impressed with Tina and her knowledge of what Public Storage offers. It is in a convenient location for us along with the monthly cost is much less then our previous storage unit. The unit was clean as well as the office and outside area. Thank you, Margaret Miller

After calling around for my needs I finally called here. The original gentleman was so thoughtful. He even threw in some suggestions that made me realize that I had not included. Upon my arrival the young lady that assist me was extremely helpful. I was pressed for time I was in and out.
