    I would have rated it higher except for ...

    I would have rated it higher except for a few items: 1. employees assume you want to buy a lock; 2. the access panel is not accessible from the car; 3. my unit has an old rusted locking mechanism that is difficult to slide open and the door sometimes does not roll easily. Employees are friendly and prices are reasonable.

    Laketa is a wonderful staff person you have working at your office # 27331 she really is concern with her customers and she go beyond and above her duties to make sure each customer is taken care of.
