Massive Rent Hikes

Your stuff won't get stolen, so two starts, but expect the price to go up $25 every year around December or January. I figure if I have it in 10 years it'll be around $450/month. Careful on leaving reviews, they'll call you up almost immediately afterwards. I understood what the property manager said about being an outside unit that is driving accessible, there are 10x15 units which is 50% more space than a 10x10 unit for less money than I pay for a 10 by 10 unit. Don't call me again. Now I'm just going to go and add my review to every single site I can find, including the fact that you guys call people right after to talk to them about their reviews. People don't leave reviews because they're looking to chat. For reference, right now a 10x15 unit is going for $167, that is outside and has drive up access. For a 10x10, I'm paying $179 for an outside unit with drive up access. It started at $99 just a few years ago. That's an 88% increase in just over three years. That's also 50% less space for $12 a month more. All I did was call up to ask that, as every year it seems to go up by $25 a month, if I could get the pricing that new members pay. Apparently it's like the cable company, once you're a member they just jack up the prices and use lower prices to lure new customers. Awesome.

Just need to stick to one price

My first time using storage Rick 2...

My first time using storage Rick 2 makes it simple for me and understand everything about storage. Because Rick 2 I like public storage...

First time renting. Made reservation online the night before and Andy called me the next day to make sure I was coming in. Got there and he was so busy he didn't even have lunch but took care of everyone including me and my husband. On the tour we didn't like the unit and he was so good in finding us another that we were able to use. Thanks so much Andy.

I rented for about ten years. It starts out cheap, but the longer you stay the more you will pay. So just be aware.

My mom has been storing here for years. Matt, the new customer service person on site, has been so helpful with her and I when it comes to questions about payments and our storage options. He's patient and is great at customer service.

Could have been cleaner inside the units & easier to get into with large & heavy items. The staff was nice & helpful.

Makes storing larger items easy.

Made a reservation online to make sure there would be a unit available when I showed up. Easy website to manuver and friendly staff at Brokton location. Easy drive up access at my unit makes storing larger items a breeze.

Great Customer Service

I was very satisfied with my unit and the customer service guy was very polite and helpful. He explained everything clearly. The unit is heated and was very neat inside. A great place to us as storage.
