    Up front cost not advertised.

    To many companies offering 1st month free. They advertise our 5by 10 for 44 a month. Not true itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s 65 a month and you buy a lock that is useless after you leave. The insurance wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t explained correctly even if you have homeowners you still have to buy Theirs. We took it because we are exhausted from being flooded out and we will pay it short term just a heads up. Donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t believe what you see online. Other than that satisfied but should be more transparent online.

    Youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll love it, but youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll have to clean it

    Juanita was wonderful great customer service through the rental process. Storage was great size only and when I say, only complaint, is they need someone to regularly clean this facility hallways, elevators, dirty, my storage I needed to clean and sweep out myself. They can hire me. I was ready to clean it after I moved in. I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t stand to see it anymore like that someoneﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s gotta do itﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ.
