Everything works as it should!

Gate operates, facility clean. A bit pricey, but I guess thats what the market demands.

Overall all employees were helpfull.

Customer service was great! The lady that welcomed us was very helpfull.

The young lady who worked there was very nice and professional. She showed that she generally cared about helping us and gave us advice on how to keep our stuff safe and protected.

Not a pleasant experience

When we rented the unit the gate had been bent and it was not locked keeping vagrants from walking in. When we brought in the furniture the storage door was broken and we had to actually switched to another unit, we actually saw some homeless people living in the storage units don't feel very safe!

Amazing visit.

Leanette made the visit to her location on 17-92 very simple and yet amazing. She was extremely attentive, kind, and her personality shined bright. I definitely recommend this location to any one in the area who needs to store there things. Leanette will exceed your expectations as the property manager.

The service was great i needed a place to store my stuff on a sunday and they were open and have a very reasonable rate.

Muriel & Sylvia were extremely nice and HELPFUL. And explained all the procedures and gate code. Very professional. I did find two live German roaches, on two new sofas. Maybe pest control is a Good idea. I have no German roaches at home. Only Palmetto bugs, that are everywhere in Florida.
