Storage space met our needs and the price was right

Staff was friendly and helpful, loading dock helped with getting our stuff out of a Uhaul. Service elevator was large enough to accommodate all of our belongings.

Wonderful service over 2 days

Saturday and Sunday, everyone on site was super helpful and gave me a hand with my things to the top floor. He even stayed open for me since traffic was taking long than I planned for but I needed to finish that day. They made it happen... thank you!

I am so thankful for this place. They saved us so much money. The guy was super friendly and wanted to help us.

I waited a few mins to get someone to come to the desk but once they arrived everything went pretty fast. The place is clean, and the elevators were easy to use. The price was ok. I saw better, but I wanted something close to where I was previously living so I just went with it.

Fantastic customer service, great location near USC

I reserved a small storage unit with US Storage Centers in Vernon, CA, sight unseen, to store school supplies for my child. I couldn't have been more pleased by the service I received (shout-out to Aidan, who did some fantastic trouble-shooting). The cost is reasonable, and the unit was clean. I plan to use them again!

Not modern, at all, but it works if you're on a budget

I needed a storage unit, quick. I called and searched for many places, many others were nearly double the price of what I paid for here. I settled with US Storage because of price, the location isn't bad, but it gets ridiculous traffic around rush hour. Customer service was great, I was taken around the building and he patiently waited for me to decided on which of the units he'd shown me, I'd pick. Access to drop off sucks, you will probably have to carry everything by hand. Their ramp is terrible. And the hours are 8-5, not the best either. But overall, I'm pleased.

Whenever I go in to this facility everyone is nice, friendly and very helpful. I fell like part of a family. They also ask me how I'm doing especially if I haven't come and paid a bill (in person)in a while. I always leave with a smile on my face.

This place its very clean, safe and they have such a superior customer service provided by Adin. He walked me through the property until I found the right size unit. I saw other storage companies and none came close to the quality, cleanliness and security that they provide. I highly recommend US Storage :)

It is worth the price!

I've researched plenty of facilities before making my selection. I'm pleased with the price, security, customer service and the cleanliness. I got a 10 x 10 unit which was less than $200 a month and I got the first month for $1. The girls in the office are very sweet and funny. It is always a pleasure to speak with them. There are not a lot of cameras but I like the fact that you need a code to get inside the doors and elevator. It is not a dirty facility, but its kind of "ghetto".

I received very good service. The Office Staff is very efficient and courteous to the members renting there.
