The offer on line is OK. Reality is something else.

They only have 10 carts to carry our stuff into storage for hundreds of customers. That causes a lot of time wasted every time you go there. Apparently, the person making these kinds of decisions never used a storage. Terrible. Disappointing. Only one man on site to help customers to get the units and provide customer service to the rest of us that need help when carts are no where to be found. Horrible. I will not recommend anyone this business.

Honestly the cleanest self storage ever

I love it, I totally couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t lock my unit because I was an air head and forgot my lock and they did a walk through and noticed and called me almost immediately the next day to check and make sure. Makes me feel like some of my stuff is super safe.love it here and totally would recommend

Clean Storage Facility

The move-in process went quick and smooth. They hold your reservation for a week after your move-in date just in case you can't make it that day. Nathan was very friendly and helpful. The facility is not too big and very clean.

I got locked inside.

I got locked inside the complex and there is no emergency number to call, and of course no one was answering their phone from the website. Had to call 911.
