I am so glad and pleased to know that I can rely on Public Storage having comfort to know my belongings are safe and protected. The staff are amazing besides their welcoming friendliness they have professional knowledge to inform me of what I need to store my belongings. And at times upon my arrival the place is immaculate and clean the storage rooms have a refreshing smell so wonderful I would recommend this to anyone I know friends family and co-workers. Now I have used other competitive storage company but, they are not like PS. Thank you public storage for doing such an outstanding job "totally" greatful.

I've had a storage unit at this location since 2010 and if I hadn't moved out of the area I'd still be there. I've primarily dealt with Linda and it has always been a good experience. She knows the business well and is always very friendly. I like that the facility is small and manageable. The fact that they have a dolly is fantastic especially since my unit was on the third floor. Not all storage facilities have them.

I have never had a bad experience with security, attendants or cleanliness. Even when its not the cheapest......I've rented in the cheapest and its a nightmare! I've always gotten the 1st month for $1 in any state..... And I've met Mr. Wayne Hughes Jr. The founder and owner of the company and he is a kind, gracious and fair man! Quite an influential philanthropist and passionate about veterans (I am a vet, how we met). They will always have my business!

Great Rental Experience

I have rented at this location before (11 years ago) and the same manager (Linda) still remembered me. She was very helpful in helping me make the decisions on purchasing boxes, etc.. I can't give a higher recommendation if you need a storage area.

Public storage 57th st are great people!

The staff at public storage are most helpful and friendly. They provided packing suggestions, walked me to several different sized units to help me make appropriate choices. Followed up with a phone call several days later to ensure all was going well and offering assistance if needed. Thank you, Nancy
