    mediocre procedure explanation

    I was not given complete instructions on procedures when I signed up. I could not lift the door to the unit as I had not been shown the process. If the employees had not been present to assist me (which they were not later in the visit when I needed help) I would not have been able to access my unit. Also I was not informed that my code was needed to exit the gate as well as enter. I would not have found the keypad to exit had another customer not been present and kindly shown me. I could not find the employees to help me at this time.

    I am very pleased with the staff at this location. Everyone acts respectful and they all attempt to solve whatever situation that I present to them. The grounds are always clean and the restrooms are kept very well.
