    first time renting the storage

    first time renting the storage. The place look neat and very clean. But there is one problem, i wasn't aware of extra charge such as insurance and the lock. and i'm ok with that

    The site needs more carts for moving ...

    The site needs more carts for moving boxes from the parking lot to the unit. There are only two available at this site.

    Very Clean, location is very visible, very safe and convenient. Mitzi is super wonderful. She's very professional, helpful, friendly, and if I have an issues, it's taken cared in a prompt manner. Lots of supplies in the office to purchase- very useful. Plenty of parking inside the gate and out and it's never busy. I've been renting for almost 4 years and I've never had any issue getting into or out of the facility.

    Public Storage - You get what you pay for.

    The location on Crenshaw Boulevard in Torrance only has one elevator and it has been broken for over 2 weeks now. I had to haul a 40 pound rubber maid bin up three flights of stairs due to this. Other than that, the facility has been fine and is kept clean for the most part.
