Not a bad storage unit
This place is pretty secure and access is ok. I jus wish I could pull right up to my unit versus all indoor. I do like the climate control though

I have been utilizing this for only two weeks and I remain satisfied. The facility is very clean, caring, proffessional, and respectful. Paperwork process was less than 10 mins and there was someone ahead of me pricing is outstanding and I do plan to tell others and use this facility again in the future needed.

I had a stressful situation where I was moving from one storage to another in a short time. I thought it was going to be a nightmare. Thankfully, Joyous who is an employee at Temple Hills, MD's Self Storage location made the transition so incredibly seamless. From the free truck rental to the leasing process, she was professional and helpful. I would recommend this storage to anyone looking for a clean and safe storage with incredible staff to top it off. Great experience!

I like the facility look, and it is kept clean. The Biggest problem I've had is that twice since I've been using the storage, I go in with a big load of furniture and there are no dollies available, nobody around that can help you locate one as you look and look and walk and walk on different floors and finaly give up! Today I went in by myself, lady of 56, I had just finished cleaning my apt. and had the last bit of boxes and things for the storage. I was worn out but assumed that at least with the larger dolly I could put more on them and get it done faster. AGAIN, No dollies available, I went to the office and was told the elevator was broken. Why are all the storage facilities elevators broken? That happened at another Uhaul storage I was in All the time. The irony: I could see 4 nice dollies on the camera sitting downstairs and no way to get them. My suggestion, make it so that there are at least 2 per floor, and they can't take them off, maybe an alarm goes off or something. Anyway thats it!
