I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone who likes friendly service & peace of mind
I am so happy that I found Lakeridge for my storage needs. I found the facility to be clean and ready to move in. Rick took me on a tour & made me feel right at home. Jeremy helped me with the paper work and it went so smoothly and he made coffee to boot! I had looked at another facility that was closer to the house, but it did not give me the comforting feeling that I needed for leaving my possessions in their care. With Lakeridge I feel that everything is very secure.
I used an old lock on the unit & when I went back the next day, I could not get the lock to open. I had to leave to pack more things, so my daughter called Lakeridge & they were able to cut off the lock which was such a relief. And Rick brought water to me when I was at the storage unit & it was 110+ outside. That's service!
I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone who likes friendly service & peace of mind. I would give them 5 stars if that's as high as you go!
