We take our customers' feedback seriously and have been working hard over the last few months to make sure our facility is in good shape and to improve our customer service so every experience is a good one. OK for short term storage needs
We are using Aaaabco on Boulder Highway for one month storage of our household goods and car while waiting for the closing on our new home. Our unit was quite dirty inside, requiring us to sweep it out before moving our things in, but had interior lighting, and we had our choice of several sized units. The price was right and a discount was offered to us without asking. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The door to our unit does not stay open, requiring us to prop it up. There is a general feel of a lack of maintenance on the property.
Recommended: Yes
Disappointing
You may pride yourself on customer service but I'm not satisfied! The owner(s) would not accomodate me for any loss or reduced rent on future storage because of a broken swamp cooler. As a customer, I trust the property to be well cared for including upkeep. If a problem arises, tenants should be notified. Guess I shall move on.
good deal and good service
I am coming from another storage unit and am getting a much nicer deal on this unit. I would highly recommend AAAABCO Storage to anyone looking to store their stuff.

IT SUCKS
I would not recommend the Boulder Highway location. The staff are rude crude and socially unacceptable. I cannot believe they are still working there. They must not be able to find anyone that is as incompetent as this staff to replace them.

STUFF NOT SAFE
The employess are incompetent & they make you use one of thier locks. You can add your own lock but it doesn't matter because you can still slide the bolt open when your lock is on as well. Staff didn't understand even when it was explained in detail. A man went up & down the aisles for 2 hours opening units & nobody came to question them. NO CAMERAS in hallways where units are just on the outside. !! One of the worst I have ever seen in terms of keeping your valuable safe.
I needed to use the restroom & the employee on shift would not let me use the office restroom. He looked disdainfully at me & pointed toward a port-o-potty. DISGUSTING to treat a paying customer as such !!

I am sorry you had such a terrible experience with our storage. I have a few questions on your complaint. Were you watching a man go up and down the aisles for 2 hours opening units? If so, did you report it to our security
or staff? Also, this location does NOT have an office restroom. I apologize if the employee was rude, and I will address it, but the
port-o-potty is the same restroom the employees use. We pride ourselves on
